The County and the Architect wanted the building to be filled with natural light. They wanted the entire glass structure building to be emblematic of the “transparency of the judicial system”. To compliment the glass walls interior and exterior, they had Masonry & Glass Systems install a large section of glass flooring to be the first special enhancement you see as you enter the building.
